If you want people to see that you lost weight you need to lose about 10 pounds.
And if you want other people to start seeing you as skinnier you need to lose more, about 20 pounds.
So, what’s the bottom line?
If you want to lose weight you need to change your diet habits and exercise regularly.
Losing 1-3 pounds per week is optimal.
Ideally, you will lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks.
To start changing your clothes, you need to lose 10-12 pounds.
